Both of the current GP's will be on a fee split of 70% from Feb 2019; and were previously on hourly income guarantees. In March 2019, a male GP will commence working at the practice and as the managing director of this franchise group, he may be floating across the other 3 clinics yet to be built so it is not envisaged that he will be f/t at this clinic. The centre is looking for $350K ONO plus a $32K bank guarantee is required by the landlord (no personal guarantee). Alternatively, the sale price can be reduced and the franchise fee increased. Site visits can be organized during opening hours with the reception on site at a mutually convenient time. Business hours currently are 9am til 5pm (Thurs extended hr til 7pm, and Sat 9am til 1pm.
